Withdraw from a purchase

Changed your mind about Squad Butler? You can withdraw within 14 days of the day you bought it, without giving a reason. You get all your money back, with nothing taken off for the days you already used it. You do not need an account or to sign in.

This form needs JavaScript. You can also withdraw by email: write to support@squadbutler.com that you withdraw from your Squad Butler subscription, with your name and the email address you paid with. The model withdrawal form is on Refunds and cancelling.

What happens next

We refund everything you paid within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, to the payment method you used. The refund costs you nothing.
Your subscription ends and your licence key stops working. You are not charged again.
Your account stays, unless you ask us to delete it.
